Will be curious to follow this thread. I have an excellent Sony kit but am considering moving to Nikon for three reasons:
1: ISO 64. Come on Sony
2: The best in class 24-70/2.8S. I could get by with just this lens and be happy
3: the 14-30 and 24-70 F4 lenses. I am a travel photographer and love the small size and focal lengths.
I do think - unless you need the ISO 64 - that the Sony 24-105 is an excellent lens, as is the 16-35 GM (and as someone else mentioned the Sigma 14-24).
