Thank you very much. I don't know why Cosina is holding up the mtf curves for most of their Voigtlander lenses except the latest APO ones...

Yes, the first image shows infinity 無限遠 measurement. I don't know where the measurement originally data came from though though Cosina might have published it somewhere. It's not shown in Cosina's Archives listings where this lens is included (discontinued in 2007).

There's alos an obscure ad for the CV 35mm f/1.2 II that provides a super low resolution chart of the lens MTF. It's barely readable though and doesn't list frequencies (I assume 10 and 30).

That's the v2. Info on the smaller, lighter (470g > 332g!) and very different revised design of the v3:

http://www.cosina.co.jp/seihin/voigtlander/vm-mount/vm-35mm1_2/index.html

dpr take:

https://www.dpreview.com/news/9820180639/cosina-announces-upcoming-voigtlander-nokton-35mm-f1-2-iii-lens-for-m-mount

[It would grow larger if/when revised for E, as seen in previous lenses.]

Yep! That's why I said it was v2.

Fine. Hopefully they start publishing accurate MTF across the board, they have the chance to be like the 3rd maker to do so. It still amazes that the industry stumbles on, selling thousand dollar optics that are not specified for their performance, or for which many use wide open only data.
