Ronny, you should visit Bosque del Apache one winter and we will be there to guide you through the shooting routine! Yes, there is a typical shooting routine!

Awesome images, Mitesh! I love them all and indeed the first one is superb! YGMV, my friend!

Thanks, Joshua! We were lucky to have some great light a couple of days, as well as the occasional cooperative subject

Great images, I especially enjoyed seeing the last one. I keep thinking about going to Bosque, but haven't done it yet, and seeing the lineup of FMers makes it clear that it isn't yet overrun with too many people.
Thanks, although that group photo doesn't accurately depict the size of the crowd at the crane pool in the morning or evening. It is definitely quite crowded, but I wouldn't let that dissuade you from visiting Bosque.

Absolutely marvelous set Mitesh!! You really captured some marvelous light. YGMV

Thanks, Birdie! The light and colors are really what stood out to me about Bosque, and I've got more images that will hopefully reflect that.

Terrific set wish I could’ve joined all of you.
Thanks, Louie, and it would have been great to have you shoot with us! I suppose we’ll all have to go back next year to make that happen 😁

PS : Nice to see FM "Bosque Posse"
Thanks, Ronny! Let’s have you in next year’s “Bosque Posse” photo 😁

Very nice play on light and use of the little bit you had in a few of the images buddy. Taking it all in on #2 is breathtaking!
I like that you took the time to put #6 together, a great example of an image telling a story with the actual subject being small but still being the subject, nice comp.
Nice to see one of the young ones along in the last image, next generation
I look forward to seeing more........
Happy New Year Mitesh!
Karl
And a public thank you to again tell you how grateful I am for the kindness you showed my grandson.
Thanks a lot, Fred, and hanging out with you and your grandson for a couple days was my pleasure! Remind him to throw that Yankees hat in the trash 😂

The 1st image alone has earned my vote! Would love to give you another vote for the rest of the images but unfortunately that’s not possible here! It was great to finally meet you, Mitesh - long overdue!
Meeting you was one of the highlights of my trip, Mr. Olympus! Hey, did you ever get any shots in focus?
Jokes aside, I thoroughly admire your photography, and your encouragement means the world!

Thanks, Morris, and yes, it was an absolute blast to shoot with such talented and friendly photographers as our FM crew!

Thanks, Geoff. There were a couple of frustrating days when weather and/or wildlife dealt me lemons, but I tried my best to make lemonade 😁
These are all beautiful images. A bit out of the ordinary for Bosque shots. Not sure how I missed this until now. Congratulations on a well deserved win.
Thanks. everyone, for the encouragement and feedback on the images! It was a fun trip and it was a real treat to shoot alongside some photographers who I really admire and to have a chance to watch them work and pick up a few tips from them.

Dave
Thanks, Dave. I appreciate the comment about the images being a bit out of the ordinary. Not that ordinary is bad in any way at all, but so many photographers – much more talented than I – have presented images of Bosque already, that creating anything truly unique is a challenge. I wanted to try to find a few ways to step outside of the "typical" look of Bosque images for a few of the shots, and hopefully I was able to do that.
