Got a few shots during my short Goa trip last month. The post monsoon clouds here on the west coast in India give some good colours and clouds. An extended monsoon this year extended this period as well. Got lucky on this day perched atop a small slippery rock pummeled with the occasional waves on Anjuna beach in Goa.
Gautam,
These are great. I really like what you did here. The tones and textures of #1 and 3 are just fantastic. I spent a week in goa last year...didn't lift my camera at the beach even once...had a beer in both hands

Thank you for the kind words Sunny.
I know that Goa feeling. I had to push myself quite a bit to get here. Like we say here, Goa is a state of mind.

I admire your perseverance, and it paid off! These are lovely. The color range and subtle movement in the water are very appealing.
Phil
Thanks Phil. It was quite tempting to not shoot these clouds and I got lucky with the colours on that day.

Yes, these are really fine compositions! The colors, the foreground technique locks in the scale, depth and emotion of the post monsoon storm.
Dan
Thanks Dan. Trying to work the depth using foreground elements and layers.

Was going to ask a question about the first one, but the 3rd one answered it.
"Is that a person out on the rocks? Crazy!"
"Oh, it is a person with a kayak, but still crazy."
The tide was rising and this chap had no intentions of going back. Had the odd rough waves then as well. The rock that I was on was connected to the beach but this guy was all alone on that rock surrounded by pounding waves. He jumped after a while, when I was on my way back, towards the sea, swam a little and then reached the shore. Adventurous.
