This particular photo taken early morning in the Gunnison Nat'l Forest, Colorado, was bright and c..o..l..d; but perfect, especially when I was able to thaw out my fingers!

Beautiful shot. Would you be willing to share the exact location?
Thanks for you comment! In regards to disclosing the exact location, unfortunately, I am making every attempt to follow the Nature First principles. https://www.naturefirstphotography.org
One of those principles involves using discretion if sharing locations. Although this area is public land, one has to cross private lands for access. The landowner has agreed to provide that access to the public via a Forest Service road. Given this situation, I wouldn't want to see access closed due to an excessive amount of visitors.
I hope you understand my position.
Cheers,
Ken
The gradation in the color as well as the river (some places with the reflection) guide my eyes in this frame. Thank you for sharing this amazing image.

No, not really. In the hundreds of times I've shared location info, it has never led to a road closure, and I doubt this one would. But, stick to your principles. Thanks anyway.

I appreciate the color comment since I worked at it to have complimentary colors throughout the image.
