You did not run out of subjects to shoot when you visited India. What an amazing collection you have! The lighting and pose in #1 is just beautiful! Well done!

But that is what this collection is about - head-shots. If they were all the type of "context" shot you described, would you complain that there were no head-shots? It is what it is. I guess all the people in the world who are out shooting don't have your preferences in mind.

I mean, they are all technically fine - exposure, focus are pretty much spot-on.
IMO, it tells much more of a story (especially in what appears to be a culturally rich location) if some context is shown - even just a hint.
Headshots can also tell a story, but I agree that it is much more challenging to accomplish that feat than just a simple, tight headshot. #3 comes closest for me - to show what I am referring to.
