I used to live there in the 70s and always took time for the aspen change. Images like this make me homesick - not that Montana isn't beautiful as well, but that gold against those Colorado blue skies!!

Yes it’s not from this year, this would be too soon in any year.
Another 2-4 weeks from now will be the right time. It’s never the same for opportunities, but there are always beatitudes spots to discover or revisit.
