Hobbes, what a wonderful set! We've never spent a full day with a pride in nine safari trips, it looks like there's a lesson to learn!
Thanks for sharing,
Bob
yGMV!
Thanks Bob! I often will spend a lot time with my guide tracking particular things on our own. It's great fun and you can learn a lot about tracking from some of these guides. And then I can't tell you how much more time I've spent just sitting nearby things that look like they may have potential; sometimes all day - but what more beautiful locations to just kick back and relax near such awe-inspiring creatures! Sometimes you strike out, but eventually things happen. And when they happen they can happen fast.

Hobbes,
All are exceptional. The early morning light is to die for. Your patience to follow the pride for the full day has rewarded you.
~Mansur
Thanks Mansur! It's not often one gets the subject matter AND that sweet early morning light.

Fabulous images! The cubs are a little less cute when they are feeding...
-Bob
Thanks Bob! When the sweet little cubs were feeding they seemed to turn into miniature ferocious adults.
