Really beautiful photos, #3 is my pick. Coming from someone who much prefers the normal to telephoto perspective for landscapes, I am very impressed with what you've done with 21mm.
They're all very good - to me no. 3 takes the top spot as I find the composition / angle / perspective really different and the lighting works superbly. I would hang that on my wall.
