The weather is rainy and misty and my children are a bit sick and not in the mood to get photographed.
But I just got the Sigma 135mm 1.8 and needed something to take a test picture. So my dog had to sit tight on our morning walk...
I really, really like it.
CC; I'd like to crop in a bit so the head receives stronger focus. Very nice expression on the dog; I'd just like to see a little closer.
I don't find myself with GAS very often, but I really, really want a 135Art. Unfortunately, I think focus would be overly difficult on my Canon 6D, so I'm going to wait until I eventually upgrade to an R, RP, or other mirrorless camera. I tell myself I'm going to have to wait quite a while because I don't typically spend that much on my photo gear, and that would be 2 major purchases back-to-back.
… And then I see photos like this and my grip on my wallet loosens a little more.
