I still feel that perhaps the most appealing thing about this (aside from the landscape itself) is the subtle light, whose direction suggests that there is "something beyond."
When I opened this one, I did an involuntary "ooooh." It is a very evocative image. Very well done. It doesn't need some rational explanations. Just feel it. (It definitely deserves the clicked-on full view to get the max impact here.) Thanks for sharing this.
