This is a very well done and adorable set Colin ~ Ron

Thanks Ron. I must say those images from your new 400 f/2.8 are stellar.

Awesome set! Bushtits are one my favorites. We have them here too, but I've only managed a few decent shots of them. Great job.

Thanks everyone!

Factoid: They way to differentiate the males from the females of this species is their eye colour - the males have dark eyes, whereas the females have light yellow eyes.

Quite the study little Characters!

Great images Colin! You make it look deceptively easy to capture these manic little dynamos...

Thanks for the inspiration.

^^^ Thanks Evan! Although, reflecting on how much time is represented in getting those images, I have to wonder about my sanity.

These sure are charming little buggers, Colin! You did them justice in a variety of settings, all so complimentary to them. I'm not familiar with the species so that made these even more special for me.

Thanks for posting.

Beautiful work Colin! As I was scrolling down I thought #3 was just too cute with his pose but then I go to #9 with the cute puppy dog head tilt.
A crazy nice set!

Thanks guys!

*Just got in from an outing for Short-eared Owls. Up at 5:15 am, one hour drive getting there, unfortunately no photos of that particular target, just a far-distance sighting.

Nap time!

Some excellent captures there, especially considering it seems these guys are always on the move.

Thanks for sharing - Jeff

Thanks Jeff. Yes, they can be infuriating, but they're impossible not to love due to their over-the-top cuteness factor.
