Interesting concept for sure... never seen something quite like this.
I like the last one best.
First one appears quite overexposed on her.
I feel that less would be more, the effect on the middle two is a bit overpowering for my taste. More subtle effects might be more pleasing to the eye.
Also wondering how she got out there on that rock in the first one!
Like Gheller, I feel that the last is the most successful of the three with the lights. I think the milder colors of the lights along with the good amount of symmetry you captured helps along with the way you framed the shot. By excluding much of the foreground, you allowed a good deal of space for the very nice starry sky. I think it may take quite a bit of experimentation to get the lights to complement rather than overwhelm the model. Or, you can shoot more less complex shots like #1 which I like except for the technical exposure issue mentioned, again, by Gheller. There may be some oversaturation of the reds as well as your model's skin tones. But, I like the composition and the pose. I love the idea of a sumptuous red dress surrounded by rich, deep blues. You might adjust the lighting and maybe a tad lighter hand on the processing in my opinion.
thanks all, this was purely experimental, I made the DIY light wand a day before..
@gheller "Also wondering how she got out there on that rock in the first one!" She was a brave model and jumped out there and stuck the landing, but dunked her boot on the return (at 30F!)
