I should explain this a bit.
One of the young ones (the one with the turtle) fell out of the nest a week or two ago.
The raptor center picked it up, and brought it in for a full check up.
They found it was healthy and banded the owlet.
When they placed it back into the nest, they tied the stick/log across the opening so they/it wouldn't fall again.
