Thanks Ken....it was a special moment for me....my first bears of any kind and I got to witness and photograph behavior like this....I wanted to pinch myself but was afraid I'd wake up from the dream.

Thanks for your support KD....I suspect you are correct as far as the once in a lifetime sighting...I may get lucky and see bears again but the setting and behavior was by all accounts from people who've done this a lot quite special.

Thanks Jim....it was tricky with the snow and lighting conditions changing....did the best I could not having great experience with that type of condition.
I think you have found your 'sweet spot' with these adorable and amazing bears Eric, I think they must hit home with your heart in a special way as your images convey that to me buddy.
These are easy on the eyes and heartwarming images
Dang Eric, I'm afraid to show such superb images to my wife! The bears near Churchill have been on our bucket list, and when she sees images like these she asks "When are we going?".
