I don't know if I've ever seen such golden light in winter here! But the frost effect drew my eye too. It looks like the hairlike growths on the stems diffract the light in a special way.

I think the spots are flying bugs. Looking at previous and next images, it doesn't look like lens dust, since the patterns don't repeat, and it doesn't make sense at f/4 and 600mm equivalent anyway. And given its a fixed lens cam, there's no sensor dust, either.
