When I was planning the most recent winter trip to Canadian North I wasn’t exactly sure if it was the best idea, as I didn’t know what could be expected. However, the photographic conditions that I saw there fully compensated for all my initial doubts. Because my trip fell at the very end of the year, the daylight over there was very short. Regardless, these very few hours of light proved to be very satisfying as it was possible to photograph almost non-stop. Also, for the first time in my life, I saw red, purple and orange fog.
This photo shows one of the many memorable mornings during that trip. It was taken about two hours before the sunrise.
This is a single exposure. 50mm f/14 1/4 sec ISO 200
I appreciate all questions and comments.
