Have you considered a 24-70 GM or 24-105 to replace some of these plus giving you more on the wide end?
For wedding shooting, it may be a benefit for you and provide you with more flow in your shooting.
Are you using just one body for these gigs?
No,2 bodies. I pick 2 lenses to use for each phase of the day. I considered the 24-105 but its backordered everywhere at the moment. I'm leaning away from it frankly, the 35 is probably wide enough for now.

I'm considering getting the FE 16-35/4 ZA again for when traveling with only one lens. I checked my comparisons and it's very similar to the GM version at center. The GM does slightly better at mid-field and especially at the extreme edges with less astigmatism but the 16-35/4 is a great lens for the price and size.
First, there is the problem with field curvature and astigmatism. It's often very difficult to get sharp corners.
Second, the rendering is actually somehow "meh". The unedited RAW files look boring. Interestingly very many nice pictures taken with this lens are heavily edited. It seems to me that you MUST edit quite heavily, otherwise the images are lacking. With my Olympus OM 21mm 3.5,for instance, this is totally different.
Third, manually focusing is a pain in the ass with the focus by wire and the low resistance of the focus ring.
The 16-35 simply doesn't make me want to use it. I'm thinking about selling it.

I'd like wider than my 35art for upcoming weddings. The Sony GM version is too pricey. Any thoughts on/experience with this one? Seems to tick all the boxes. Camera is A7R3.
Thanks
Unless you need the 2.8 I don't see any reason to get the GM over the 16-35f4 lens. I have many great images with the 16-35 f4...it has not let me down ever. Image quality is excellent.
