Wow Eric. This is a super set and what a way to get introduced to bears! Now that you have the white bears, I can set you up with some black bears. Then you will be able to post color photos of each and they will still be black and white ~ Ron
Great post my friend. You took your processing in a different direction for sure!
Now I will be too shy to post.
And just a note to all; he's holding back the good stuff!
I introduce the guy to Canadian bears and look at what you comes home with.

Stunning images Eric. What time of year were these taken? The poses you've captured are worthy of Nat Geo for sure.

Not only are these fantastic wildlife images, but precious family scenes. If you never see another bear, you have had a very successful career as a bear photographer.
Thank you Stan....I was over the moon with the experience and came away understanding why there are those that chase after bears all over North America and even Europe.

Oh my Eric!!! You have captured some truly amazing scenes and moments . Seeing this ferocious hunter in such tender and caring moments fills one with wonder and awe.
Magnificent work .

Thanks Birdie....it was getting to the point where I had my doubts we'd see anything other than caribou and ptarmigan but luck was definitely on our side....I couldn't have asked for more.

Marvelous images, Eric!
Thank you Fred....from never seeing a wild bear to this encounter....you never forget your first and this will be no exception!
I don't have the words to express how much I enjoyed viewing these images... this is one of the best set of images that I have ever seen on this forum! If Don is right and you're holding back the really good stuff, well, then, we must be in for a real treat soon !
Congratulations on persevering and making the trek out to Wapusk again! Fantastic work, my friend!
I have to agree with Mitesh. I have the Polar Dance book by Thomas Mangelsen and I think these pictures are much nicer and deserves to be in Nature's Best Magazine!
