Yes, indeed. It will really only help you to hear other's opinion of your image from their perspective. You don't always have to agree, and certainly not adhere to, the critique, but it's always good to hear.
By the way, a lot of us won't offer a critique unless it's asked for. In this case, you didn't ask for a critique.

Very good, great composition. The facial lighting transition from "stage right to left" is well done and looks very natural, B'drop is excellent and compliments her skin tones very well.

Very nice and I agree with all the compliments. The lighting is especially well done. My two cents are just personal preference. I prefer a little lighter retouching and feel natural skin textures and imperfections enhance the realism and intimacy of a portrait.

I understand. I struggle with the balance between the 2 and lately have been leaning to far into heavier than lighter.
