Beautiful family and setting and nice job with the lighting and processing! I love the DOF in that first one, but the last is my favorite. I hope it's framed!

Thanks, Kristin!
I haven't framed any yet. My favorite from the set is one I didn't post. Just my three kids before my wife jumped into the frame. I love the way my youngest daughter looks.
It just seemed like a weird comment regarding Mitch's pictures... but then, so was the response to which you were replying. Felt like subterfuge left over from some long ago feud. I'm newish to the forums, so take it for what it's worth. . Mitchell's pictures are good enough to stand on their own without members bringing their feelings from the past into this thread, if that's the case.
You ever go into an Apple store and fire up one of those big iMacs on display and go to the Pictures folder? There they have a bunch of family vacation photos which kind of look like the idealized version of what every dad imagines his family photos will look like when he buys a DSLR for the first time.
These photos remind me of those photos, and I mean that in a good way.

It’s an in joke, all in good fun. That’s the way it was meant and that’s the way Kristen took it.
