Anyone has experienced the X2 ND filters? I've seen a lot of good reviews about the X4 series but can find nothing about the X2 series. Planning to use them for video and landscape photos.
Is the X4 worth the price premium for serious hobbyists? I don't make any money from photography and X2 is significantly cheaper. The 25 year warranty is astounding for both series.

well i much prefer the brass alloy rings and i thing the optical difference will be down to the glass you are using overall. i would say the vast amount of the world population will not see a visual difference unless they are something special. now you can buy one of each and try them out and decide using your own side by side and send the 2nd place filter back. they are very good about these things.
