Greetings all! In July 2015 I bought a Leica M Monochrom and absolutely fell in love. I used it exclusively for all of my personal work for that year and posted the results in this thread: https://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/1441283
I just completed my second year of exclusively shooting with the Leica M system. I'm loving more than ever. It has truly been the one system that I enjoy picking up every time I use it. In this year, I tried out the Leica M9, Leica M240, and most recently, the M246 Monochrom (while the original Monochrom is at Leica for a sensor replacement).
I've been documenting my family grow for about 12 years now, and the past two years have been the most fun...I'd like to think it's in large part due to the M system.
All thoughts welcomed! I'm going to post images from last July through the current day in order.

I've really enjoyed watching your boys grow as well as your abilities grow. You started as a damn fine photographer and have moved into another plane.
Comparisons to Jacques Henri Lartigue aren't out of place.
Dmac! Your words are too kind! It's fun being around these parts for so long! Shame it seems that 'the forum' has dwindled over the years and replaced by Facebook groups...they are no where near the community we had here for so long!

saw this in another thread. Love'm Chuck and voted.
You need to hit the streets with these visual sensitivities.
Thank you my friend! It's been great getting to know you over the years here! You were one of the early influencers of the M Mono. I didn't really get it until I saw your work and listened to you talk about your process!

Love em, Chuck. As always. I have also loved seeing you grow as a photographer and wish that I had stuck with it a bit more than I have.

A very fine set of photographs. Life with three boys seems fun, interesting, rewarding and so much more. (Much like life with a Leica M.)
