nice colors and a great shot of an iconic location!
Thank you very much! The motif might be iconic, but not the location. This is not Horseshoe Bend. It is a very sacred location very few have been to.

Beautiful colors and tones Mark. One of your best!
BTW: If you love the 11-24L on your A7RII, you should try the new FE 12-24/4G! (test link)
It's only about 550 grams and needs no adapter.
Take care,
Fred
Thank you very much Fred!
I have been using the Voigtlander Heliar-Hyper Wide 10mm f/5.6 Aspherical Lens for Sony E Mount as well as the awesome Canon 11-24 (usually at 11mm) on about 80% of my images. 12 mm might be going backward for me. I will check out the lens though and super appreciate the tip!

Hi Fred, again. Thank you again for this feedback. I have seen this lens via teaching clients with it now. Great lens. But then now we also have this 11mm for nikon (another client last week had this):
So maybe time to switch to Nikon, especially since the D850 is on the way? Good question.
Are you still Sony? One thing I hate about the A7R2 is the lack of weather sealing. This has given me a variety of problems including total shut down in Africa (luckily I have 2). But otherwise I still think it is a nice camera.
