It's tough to get a photo at f/1.4 where the corners are within the DOF, so corner sharpness is hard to evaluate. There's no significant vignette or light falloff, and you need some extreme backlighting to get any CA.
I'd say sensor coverage is perfect, and corner performance is good.

If the Sigma is G-type there are manual adapters to change aperture. If it’s an E-type lens with electronically controlled aperture I think the only ones available are AF as well.
I am thinking if the sigma 105 1.4 a d sigma 12-24
Hello guys and greetings from Bulgaria! I had the chance to buy GFX50S at very reasonable price and now plan to test some lenses that I already have. I have Minolta Rokkor 58 1.2 / Rokkor PG 50 1.4 and some other leica-m lenses like Voigt 35 1.2 II, Voigt 35 1.4 ii, 7artisans 50 1.1 etc. Here the resolution is predictable and clear - one simple mechanical adapter and starting taking photos (if someone knows trustworthy seller in Europe for K&F concept adapters pls can you share such link?) On the other side I have very good canon af lenses like Canon 200 2.8L II USM and Canon 85 1.2L II USM. Regarding them in combination with GFX50S which is the most reasonable option for af adapter in terms of price/quality/performance?

I don't know how the prices of adapter are in Bulgaria compared to the rest of the world, but you'll need a "smart" adapter if you want aperture and autofocus control and the consensus for that seems to lean toward Fringer but they're limited to Canon and Nikon and Contax 645 adapters for the Fuji. The Canon 200mm 2.8 is very good on the GFX format and the autofocus with the Fringer is very good, although probably less so on the 50S than the 100s and sII.

I just got my 100ii and for fun i tried four adapted lenses (more to come ;ater):
- Leitz summicron 50 f/2 .... perfect. This lens is lovely! I can wait buying the GFX 50 1.7 :-)
- 7artisans 75 1.25 ... tons of vignetting and even dark corners. Not really worth the hassle
- Voigtlander 40 1.2 ... despite fears, at least my copy has some mild vignetting that is easy to fix. The lens is really nice to use on the GFX.
- Zeiss ZF 135 APO ... this was a bit disappointing. The lens performs really well but it does have significant vignetting (I did not look at the samples on my PC so cannot judge how easy to remove it is).

Which adapter do you use for this lens (i guess it's Leica M mount)?
