Yea, I was feeling pretty bad about myself as I was working with them. I had considered putting on a speedo myself (you know, just to make them feel more comfortable) but didn't want to have them look nauseous in the pics.
BTW, just heard from the girl who had a competition last weekend. She won her class, and was runner-up for the state championship.
Below is a pic of the lighting setup for images 1 and 2. I used two gridded strip boxes to the side and behind, and a large octa pointing basically straight down. For the octa, I removed the outer diffuser and used only the inner one. I also had it pretty far out in front of the subjects so they were just catching the edge of the light.
#1 initially looked very good. but a close review, the symmetry is lost due to the placement of the offset placement of the left hand. otherwise, it would be the strongest pose imho.
Yikes. They look fantastic - I can only imagine how much work goes into maintaining physiques like that. You've also lit and posed this set very well, though I think I'd like them better without the shoes.
It looks amazing and I think that you can make a poster of yourselves. You are so slim and strong that I want to feel like you. However, I faced a problem with my workouts. Turns out that I don't have enough strength to do such, so I decided to make a difference. So I've heard that creatine increases strength and I want to check it out. Since the article says that it helps with the increase of ATP production and energy. So it's like a benefit for me. I am really happy that I found it, turns out that it's not expensive and has a good organic made...
These are excellent! The models are physically sculptured correctly! Muscle tone and uniformity if anterior, lateral and posterior muscle size is uniform! Very, VERY little body fat on either especially the young woman! Great images!!!!

Randy, I love the images very much! I am not into body building and my time to do that is long gone but still, I admire the sculpted body of the models!

Yo, Joshua, I'm almost 82 and I'm ripped, so don't quit now.
Whoa, Anthony, you don't look nor sound like a guy that's almost 82! I am very impressed! Wait a minute, I have not seen you nor I have heard your voice.... . Kidding aside, good for you and please stay safe!
Joshua, he(Tony) eats cheesesteaks and Five Guys milkshakes to keep that lean, mean, fighting machine sculptured body!!! Pat's and Gino's know him on a first name basis!!
