I agree with Ron Alan. Always love your insight into people in their natural environment. Being a senior citizen myself(yuk), the mood is enhanced well.. Classic comes to mind. Hope the project moves well.
Semper Fi!

Looks like it will be a great series Alan The second one is haunting. It stirs up emotions.
I gave Chuck C. A hard time in a PM. You and he are tempting me down the road to perdition. I had to go to LA for business and took an early flight just so I could go to Samy's on Fairfax. I took with me an SD card and my 35mm Nikkor F3.5 screw mount that has an old "M" adapter ring. The Leica gentleman was fascinated. We mounted it on a MM. He said: "Go have fun!". After a while a swapped the 35 for a 35mm Summicron. I can't wait to process and compare!
It took all of three minutes to be at home with the MM. changing ISO tricked me at first, but I didn't even have to ask. I was instantly reminded of all the things I love about shooting with a Leica.
BTW, I almost walked out with something else I looked at: a cherry used copy of a Canon 200mm f2.0, something else I've lusted for. I'm glad I didn't, I did some research and found I can buy a used M9-P for less than the used 200. I know it's not an MM, but it would be a start.
Ya know the original MM can be had for a really good price now.
There is an insane waiting list for the M 10 thank gawd.... Dan Tamarkin said his list is 250....
Everywhere it is over a year.
I loved my 200 2L but I really do not miss it like I thought I would.
Beautiful images there. Very very nice. But Doug, how could you come out here and not call. I'm not that far from Samy's and would have come up there to meet you.
