p.2 #1 · Mount Lougheed from Bow River across Dead Man's Flats
Hi Scott,
I simply like the flow and mood of #2. It speaks to me of a stormy, cold day. Love the curve of the Bow River into, and out of, the shot. Also, the longer focal distance brings the mountain "closer"! Excellent.

transientgolf:Glad you like 2. 2 is a long exposure where the ice improved my shots by putting lines in it. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. Scott
dgdg:Glad you like them both. I think this would be a good spot for your favourite milky way. Thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated. Scott

Scott,
I'm a little late on this but I like them both. However there is something mystical that draws my eyes to the black and white image. Perhaps it's the look of the water.

Johnks: I almost got rid of the b/w because of the faintness of the mountains behind and lack of colour. I am glad you like it. Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated.
P.S. The spot where this was taken is super for bighorn sheep and osprey shooting - in addition to potential landscape.
