The light up here (Latitude 61+ degrees) is just phenomenal, but changes rapidly. I have so often found myself gazing when I needed to be hitting the shutter button. The alpenglow is a great example. It can actually be purple up these parts but peaks for only a minute or two. (Just enough time to try and grab the camera)...and gone
