This is Mt. Shasta in northern California taken with a Canon 5d4 and 16-35/4 lens set at 29 mm and f/16, 1/30th sec at ISO 100.

Nice composition with the cat tails in the foreground and the trees framing the mountain. The colors are wonderful too.

Love how the foreground draws you in leading to the mtn and finally the gorgeous colors in the sky. Thanks for sharing.

I like the mtn, sky and lovely cattails. Those thin branches coming in from the sides are a distraction to an otherwise nice comp.

Thank you Jim. It was taken in the middle of December. There Still wasn't much snow at the time.

Thank you Charlie. It was originally horizontal but the brush was too dominant along the edges. Hence the square crop.

Thank you. Yeah I cropped it square in order to minimize the branches, which were even more prevalent in the uncropped horizontal image.

Thanks! Yeah, couldn't do much about the trees other than cut them down. So, I tried at least to frame the mountain with them.
