These are all very nice. I vote for #7. CD covers are not square. They are slightly horizontal but we think of them as being square. The most important thing is to shoot loose so you have room for bleed in the layout. Then, once it's all said and done, you have to go and make a square version for CD Baby, Amazon and iTunes.
