p.1 #1 · Myson after running in the 1/2 Ironman Silverman
This was just outside Las Vegas (hence Silverman name)...at this point in his season he was still struggling to get his salts and nutrition correct. As evidenced by the body salt on his face, that is a strong indication that he still didnt have his body salts sorted out.
He got another nutritionist to work with and this is now solved. He had a number of personal bests this year...amazing when you get the body chemistry correct!

lets just say that this event kicked his butt. He finished, but his whole body was in revolt. Its nice to watch him now.....he is having fun now that his body chemistry is sorted out. He is working with one of the formulators of Gatorade to get his chemistry correct and I have to say it is working.....
p.1 #4 · Myson after running in the 1/2 Ironman Silverman
Here he is after he ran the Boulder Ironman, which was a full Ironman, meaning 2.5 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 miles. You can see he is in much better spirits since his body chemistry was correct! What a difference!

He really felt like his butt was kicked and then kicked again! I talked to him out on the course and he snarled at me....I knew right then he was really working the mental piece to finish the event....and that his body had given up....I am very proud of him, these events call on mental and physical to finish.
