Sure,
Most of these are with 7D2 + 500F4 + 1.4x and
I believe some are with 7D2 + 300 2.8 + 2.0x

Huh, so I wasn't too far off. 700mm f/5.6 or 1120mm f/9 if you account for the crop factor magnification. Thanks for clarifying!
