The OIS is amazing with the 55-200 as I'm sure it is with the 50-140. But I'm enamored by the images I see coming out of the 90/2. I say there's room in one's collection for all 3. Now room in one's budget is another concern
For instance, there's no way in heck I'd hike or mountain bike with the 50-140 - it wouldn't even fit in my Retro 5. I see that lens (for me) as an 'assignment' (personal or otherwise) lens and not something I want to tote around all the time.
55-200 takes the place of the 'everyday' lens like the 18-55 vs the 16-55/2.8
90/2 when you want to just blast away the background. Though honestly I think I'm skipping this one because I never really used my 135L much when I owned it.

Well, if I had the money, I'd buy all the Fuji lenses. But alas, I'm done spending this year after this one. I'm giving the 55-200 a good test drive tomorrow at the Market and that will be the deciding factor whether or not I keep it. Thanks for your input.
P.S. Does your wife like the X-T10?

It comes down to what, and how, you shoot and how you see. These are very different lenses and no one can really tell you which one will be the best choice for you. Think about how many posts you've read on forums over the years by people who own awesome lenses but rarely use them because they doesn't suite their style of shooting.
I own the 90 and it's an exquisite lens for portraits and events which are my two primary uses for it. It's also a very capable all around lens. I personally very, very, rarely use shake reduction so I don't miss that feature. My only complaint about the 90 is that it's often either too short or too long It's the kind of lens that you can just leave at F/2.

My opinion is a bit tainted as I only own the 90mmf2 and haven't tried the zoom. However having shot with Sony A7 and Nikon d750 I can safely say that the Fuji 90 is one of the finest lenses I've ever used.
But alas, I'm done spending this year after this one. I'm giving the 55-200 a good test drive tomorrow at the Market and that will be the deciding factor whether or not I keep it. Thanks for your input.
