This site is Fredmiranda. Did you check? Did you come in to the Waves at night? This website if you just put too much colors they kicking your behind, now you talking moving the milkyway haha I am not crazy yet. Thanks

Indeed, the only reason I asked was because I've been to The Wave at night twice now, and I have an image of my own with polaris right in that general area, plus another with the (spring / summer) milky may in the exact opposite direction. It looks like yours is indeed the northern portion of the milky way. (not the core) I was just curious, since it is currently September, and usually I associate this section of the milky way with winter time.
