I know OOF items in the foreground often work, but in this case I don't think you were successful. It's not balanced and doesn't really add anything especially the leaf on the LHS middle.
Also, IMHO the hand on the head is cliche, and if it doesn't look like she's moving her hair out of her eyes, or temporarily straightening her hair, it just looks contrived.
It would also work better if you shot early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
I agree with film_4ever, t he hand in the hair would have probably worked had it looked more like she was putting her hand through her hair, I tell models to try to look like they are pulling their hair back or have them slowly do it while taking the photo.
well, a re shoot might move her away from that stalk just a bit
the partly unzipped pants work well with her toned body - another try might place one hand there - then see which ones works best, tho the hand in the hair is very good
bottomline, I like the posing better than the figure/background comparison
I might try a tighter crop. Her feet are already cropped so maybe let the lower blur become the bottom frame and then reduce the top oof flower leaving just some space and blur around her. Next time I would pose her left hand sideways to the camera as the back of a hand can be distracting. Now to check out the other images of her.
