Thank you all VERY much! I wasn't sure about posting this one. I have been extremely critical of my own work and haven't taken many photos this year. I have gotten out for a few ventures but most of the time I didn't even open up my camera bag. It's just been that kind of year. So it was great to get at least one photo this time. Actually I missed out on some intense purples because my shutter remote decided to fall out of my pocket into a spot difficult to find in my car. lol
Thank you gocolts, Todd and Fred! My impression while standing in the field was "wow" too. Looks like some more storms coming later this week. I'll be swamped under at home with work but if any come close I may just have to "take a break".
