I had the opportunity to go out and practice some surf photography with a friend's sister, who is an avid novice surfer. Took hundreds of those photos, might share some later in the Sports board, but for now wanted to share a few I liked of the mini shoot we did afterwards. Comments welcome.

Thank you everyone. We went out there not for this, but to photograph her "in action" so to speak. I spent 2.5 hours photographing the action, then at the end I thought why not, maybe a quick photo session so she could have some nice portraits of herself. This was done in the span of 15 minutes as the tide was coming up (fast) and both our parking meters had expired
I've been a bit busy. They went up on my fledging Facebook page on Sunday afternoon. Plan is to get them on 500px this afternoon and from the 100 or so photos I'm sharing there, pick maybe 10 to share here. I'll try tonight, but if not definitely sometime this week.
Would that be more appropriate on this board or the Sports board?
Thanks. She truly has mesmerizing eyes, and I hate that I didn't have a macro lens with me at the time for #5. She's a trooper too, I had her looking straight at the sun there so we could get all that light hitting her eyes.
