Although it is generally preferred to shoot waterfalls and cascades in overcast or rainy weather, the golden sunshine in early or late days can make unique favored difference. It is of particular good lightning to intensify the golden Fall colors as illustrated in this photo. The soft golden sunlight at background in early morning in last October produced a solitude, tranquility, and yet pleasing warm glowy feeling.
This photo was taken in the Tremont area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where waterfalls and cascades at different scales are presented abundantly.

Thanks Jeffrey for your comments. I noticed that the saturation on the very right side of the image is indeed a bit over because of curve adjustment for vignetting purpose.
Great shot. Hard to nitpick. I'm good with the saturation except in the yellows on the top, I feel those could go down a bit. They feel a little dominant. So sweet though.
