Ok... question time... I believe I see your lighting....
But on the pose...., the end of the clavicle really juts from the shoulder. Was that just how her body composition was naturally or did you have her move her elbow forward to give the bones that definition? That really draws out the near/high shoulder and the low/far shoulder.
Love the processing, really gives the skin a true to life texture. Eyes are great and set off by that awesome hair!
Another stunning shot... I would love to know about that clavicle/shoulder bit and if you posed her to bring that out in detail or not.

Can I say 'sort of' - It was in the midst of trying a number of different variations, and I asked her to roll her shoulder in to 'pop the clavicle' - which is a standard direction I give in fashion shooting all the time, but one which I don't think I'd used before in this series... but that's the extent of the direction I gave for this pose - she did it how she wanted, so not sure where her elbow was. After that, I asked her to slump and relax a bit, because it looked a bit stiff, and then a couple frames in, we got the expression here - but I did keep going and tried a few other positions, so it's not like I knew this to be the winner straight away (sometimes I can see it immediately, other times I run through a number of different options and review later for what was best).
