One can improve there luck by knowing where to go and when. In this case I went to one of the most active places in our area and having checked radar and satellite photos knew that there was a good chance of the clouds breaking around sunset to I went for that special light and got the sweet orange glow filtered by the fog.

I knew I had special images when I took them and when I got home and saw them on the big screen I was incredibly excited. I could not wait to process them and I did the absolute minimum to them to maintain the mood.
