Nice work TON HUNG! That's one of the better Mono Lake photos I have seen out there. The colors are really nice, but I think the comp is what I really like about this photo.
A few thoughts. I wish there was a bit more room around the foreground structures and some water on the left but that may not have been possible. The image need a tiny bit of levelling. In the center cloud you have what looks like a clipped red channel. I see in the exif it was shot at +0.3EV. I would suggest -0.3EV or AEB for retain the highlights. I would look closer at the red channel and see if you can recover some detail. Unfortunately, in digital, once highlights are clipped they are gone.
