Wow what a set! It is a great collection and the lighting in every photo is different and awesome
Mind telling us what gear you used. I know it is not always the gear it is one behind it.
I'm just surprised how beautiful the colors are.
Thanks. These were taken with some combination of 7D or 1Dx and 70-200/100-400/300/600 plus possibly a 1.4/2.0 TC. It was a lot of gear to carry but I'm glad I brought it all. The most important component was probably the tour company, since they got us out each day for morning light and we didn't head back until night time.

Would you mind share what tour company it was (for those of us that dream of taking a trip like this someday)?

My wife and I went with Cheesemans. Highly recommended!
WOW!!! Sorry I didn't see this in time to vote for it - but congrats on the well deserved win!! I cast my vote for post of the year right now!
These are all magnificent, Harry - can't believe you are just getting to them now. What else are you hiding?
They are all favorites, I felt like I was thumbing through a "best of National Geo" magazine. But, if I have to narrow it down, #5 of the elephants in the driving rain was so good it gave me chills. The composition of #1 also really grabbed me.
