Nice set of herons Tim. My favourite is the 3rd...I really like the light and pose with dynamic movement and water on that one.
If it were mine I'd crop off the bottom reflection in #1 and just leave the reflection of the splash and yellow part of the legs. I find the large 1/2 bird reflection to be distracting and not adding to the image, it pulls my eyes away from the very nice pose of the subject.

A sweet set Tim. I like each as a part of a series. #1 and 3 strike me the most. #1 talks to me. IMO, there isn't enough or too much of the reflection. Just a thought.
