I like the 2nd one the best. The third one is nice as well but the skin looks a bit underexposed and the color is totally different compared to the first two (the latter is not a problem, just an observation).
In #1, why not focus on the eye that's closest to the camera. This would have also brought the paintwork into focus. Better yet, have both eyes in focus since her nose is pointed (almost) straight at the camera.
#3 is very well composed and executed except for the distracting hot spots.
# 2 and # 3 are great, although the ring on #2 is a little distracting. #1 the focus is simply off and parts of the cheeks being sharp just make it look wrong. Beautiful model and great expressions.
These are really creative and I love the lighting and the colors. #1 could have been great if you had stopped down a bit - a mistake I also make when shooting headshots with a fast lens. F5.6 would have worked fine. Great images though!
I like the "simplicity" of #2. The catchlights and the lipstick add to the exotic beauty of the model. Of course #3 is beautiful as well but #2 highlights the model. The lack of overall sharpness in #1 contradicts the beauty shot to my taste.
