p.1 #1 · Portrait study Annie Leibovitz style + BTS
Hi guys,
First post here. I used to be an inactive member here in the early years somewhere in 2006, admiring the inspiring works of Dacshund Woof, Maxllus and Frank Doorhoff to name a few(hope they are spelt right). Most of you new guys might not know them.
With a lot of courage, I have decided to come out of hiding, and started a series to study the lighting technique of popular photographers using entry level gear, and later show my entire retouching workflow. This first shoot we tried to cover Annie's style. Here are the final images:

Hi Guru,
I watched your videos and was very impressed so I downloaded the panel. I'm very impressed by the skin smoothing tools. I attached my first attempt at using it below. I'm sure I could do better next time, it's just a first try.
Things I wish -
1) Please include the patch tool somewhere. I need it for larger blemishes and ones near eyebrows etc that need more control.
2) Please include a handful of textures like the canvas you use in your video. At the moment I can't replicate what you did. It would be great if you have a small texture pack we can use.
3) The sharpen action should please come with a layer mask attached so we can restrict where is applies if necessary.
Overall I really like it, esp for things that need right clicks like the warp tool - I no longer have to take my hand off the pen. Also the colour dodge and burn is so good, it's worth it for that alone!!

@Ian Boys- Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. Regarding the panel, I actually wanted the patch tool and also the eraser tool, but the design got too cluttered. Believe me, it was a tough choice, but will keep it in mind for future redesign. I'm glad you like the Color Dodge n Burn, I can't live without it. Great job on the skin by the way compared to the original!
@FrancisK7- Yes I've designed the panel and the techniques, but the coding/programming were done by my developers. I'm not too bright in that department.
