I was trying to shoot lightening last summer in the mountains and it was firing right over our heads (no delay between lightening and thunder), but I didn't even have the glory of getting any good pictures out of it.

Sweet! Love the way you kept it nice and dark. The colors are fantastic with the purple tinges around the lightning and the blues, especially in the upper right of the cloud. The composition is nice as well with the bow of the supercell leading us around the frame. Well done.
