Hey everyone its been awhile. With the help of Jim Fox and Fred Miranda i was able to recover my account info to get back on here. Thanks guys.
Here's a shot of an unusually late snow storm that blanketed Oregon’s Mt. Hood Wilderness last week. It wasn't until just after sunrise that the sky opened up for this brief moment. I've always wondered what this often shot lake would look like with snow on those trees. I'm really glad I decided to go this morning.
Brian, wonderful reconnect posting! Image is magnificient!! The rocks "rock" the foreground to lend depth, scale and emotion to the fog/cloud shrouded MT. Hood!

A nicely composed image, Brian. The light seems a bit pink considering the angle of it, but perhaps that is some mountain light stuff going on The dusting of snow is of course very nice and adds a ton to this commonly shot scene. The mountain just peaking out is an excellent touch. Well done.
