p.1 #1 · Just 2 with Fanned Tails In Flight - Ruby Throats
A couple of hours of no rain yesterday and the hummers were busy chasing each other between sips of nectar.
One female now seems to rule the roost. She runs off everything and does quite the display to ward off intruders .
She does not take any flack even from the males.
Would love to get two of them in the same shot when they do their fights in the air . However, I just am not quick enough .
As always , your nits and suggestions are much appreciated.

Hi Eric. Yes, I did use flash. I was using fill flash , flash compensation was around -2 to -2.7 . I had the Harbor Digital Flash extender . Since I was not that far away, I had it angled up at 45 degrees.
