I love the relaxed look - very serene.
In the B&W version you need to touchup her eyebrows towards the middle - they are lighter than the rest of her brows.
The color version has many places where a desat brush was used and it's noticeable - most notably on the necklace, The flowers are another and finally the corners of her mouth.
Overall I like the effect.
There are so many things that come together to make this one special - the "frame" around her head, the contrasting background, the expression, the lighting that makes her seem to be in 3D, and of course your signature bright eyes. My preference is to see all of her hair in the composition.
